President Buhari – Four Years Is Not A Long Time To Achieve Expected Results, More Co-operation Is Needed
President Muhammadu Buhari urged the newly selected Ministers to be very productive and co-operative while serving the nation.
According to the President, while serving the Nation, sometimes it could be thankless but they should not forget that they are in power to serve and positively have an impact and progress in the country.
He went further to say to them that their four-year tenure is not enough for them to actualize what they want to but with cooperation amongst all of them, there would be a reasonable and quicker result.
He also indicated to them that any affair that has to do with his attention to meetings requests should be channeled through the Chief of Staff, while all Federal Executive Council matters are challenged to the Secretary to the Government of the Federation.
He also urged the incoming ministers to learn from the past experience of the previous ministers before them and adapt certain skills that would be beneficial for their work in the government house.
